Ensure qualified sourcing activities & process controls within the defined regional purchasing market (Asia) for the global Specialty Materials Procurement organization.
Manage the defined geographical area as the commercial market expert for procurement of goods and services.
Provide market-intelligence to the contracting-parties of Specialty Materials global Procurement organization.

- Need to get closer with partners and end users
- Candidates need present his/her personal communicate skills in a technical way as a mobility solution advisor in front his/her audience.
- Be familiar with retail, manufacturing, and transportation & logical industry on mobility solution
- OEM technical background is a plus
- Familiar with barcode technology

Qualification
- Familiar with Windows Mobile and Windows CE technology
- CS or IS Degree preferred
- 5 years industry experiences preferred
